Code of Conduct for students

  • Students are required to maintain regular attendance to be eligible for appearing in the University Examination.
  • If a Students is absent for more than two weeks without prior permission/intimation of the Principal, her name is likely to be stuck of the register.
  • Students are expected to dress neatly and to follows the approved dress code.
  • Each student of the college is required to possess an identity card which is issued by the college at the time of admission. This card will be valid for Two / four years.
  • The Identity cards should be displayed prominently by the students .Entry to the campus can be refused , if identity Card is not displayed. Students should wear their identity cards inside the campus and also when they represent the college outside the campus.
  • Duplicate Copy of identity cards is normally not issued. Hence, students are advised to keep their identity card safe. The College will not be responsible for any misuse of the identity card by any one when it is lost or misplaced Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
  • Breakage charges in the laboratory and loss of books in the library must be compensated as per the instructions of the Principal. Students should handle the furniture and other properties with care.
  • Students found indulging in violent behaviour inside or outside the class and in group violence inside the campus, will be severely dealt with. Disciplinary action will be action will be initiate against all those involved in them.
  • Ragging is a criminal offence. It is punishable and strictly prohibited. If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the concurred student shall be given liberty to explain and if his / her explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority would expel him/her from the institution.
  • He / She will not be given certificate of good conduct. Students should not post any of the deemed images i problems on the social media , such as Facebook or Instagram or inform the press without the knowledge of the Principal.
  • Students should not resort to any method of protest for whatever reason. They should highlight their problems and issues to the Grievance Red resale Cell and the Principal for getting the grievance redressed’ o Students should not possess mobile phones or communication in the class- rooms / seminar hall / any other electronic device for examination halls a library /study room / any other place of academic interest with in the college. It is prohibited and is liable for punishment.
  • Students are expected to treat the members of the staff both teaching and non-teaching with courtesy both in and outside of the college.
  • In case of cancellation of a class, students have to go to the library.
  • All Students are to participate in the various co-curricular activities of the institution.
  • Students should cultivate the habit of reading notices displayed on the college noticeboards on campus. Ignorance of any notice thus displayed will not be accepted as an excuse for failing to comply with it.
  • Smoking in the premises of the college, spitting, putting up posters, scribbling on the tables and walls, throwing waste paper and rubbish, except in dustbins provided for the pufpose, are prohibited.
  • Students are encouraged to maximize the use of bicycles. Public Convince , two wheelers, cars etc., must be parked only in the parking lots meant for the purpose.
  • No students shall be a member of any organization or association not connected with the college without the prior permission of the Principal.
Students shall wear Proper Uniform Long hair should braided by the Girls.  

Code of Conduct for Teacher

  • The teacher appointed in the institution will be on probation for one year from the date of joining the institution.
  • On completion of one year, the institution may extend, If necessary, the probation for one more year after reviewing the performance of the teacher and his/her commitment to the vision, mission and gaols of institution.
  • During the probationary period if the teacher wants to leave the service at the end of an academic year, he/she should give one month notice or one month pay in lieu of the notice. If a teacher wants to leave the service after the completion of probationary period at the end of an academic year he/she should give three notice or three months pay in lieu of notice.
  • If a teacher wants to leave the service after the completion of probationary period at the end of an academic year he/she should give three notice or three months pay in lieu of notice.
  • Any teachers who wants to leave the service in the middle of an academic year shall pay one month salary.
  • The teachers to execute all the work assigned him/her by the head of the institution and the Head of the Department from time to time honestly sincerely and carry out all the orders of the superior.
  • The teacher have to fully abide by the leave rules and the code of conduct.
  • The institution has the full authority to terminate his/her services by virtue of its authority and discretion, after issuing one month’s notice or one months salary in lieu there of in respect of confirmed teachers who are not found to be compatible with the mission of the institution.
  • The teachers not to carry on any other trade, business, or activity which goes against the contract of employment with the institution. He /She Shall not accept any work outside the institution without the permission of the institution, conduct any trade, business or like activity, raise/ receive any money donation.
  • The teachers have to actively associate, involve, participate himself/herself in all the activities and programmes and activities of the institution.
  • The teachers not only confine his/her activities to the classroom teaching b him self/her self in all the efforts of the institution in giving extra inputs to the students. So as to make them not only academically brilliant, But a self confident, competent and fully developed personality.  
  • The teacher shall not indulge in any anti-institutional activity and shall not promote, abet assist or motivate any groupism.
  • The teacher shall abide by the code of conduct and leave rules.
  • The institution may at any time, terminate the services of any probationary or confirmed teacher, it he/she is found guilty of any of the acts like professional incompetence, Violation of the code of conduct, will full negligence of duty, failure to discharge any of the duties assigned to him/her, insubordination, any form of political anti-institutional activity and or breach of code of conduct, and or does not abide by the leave rules.
  • Every Teacher shall discharge his/her duties efficiently and diligently to match with the academic standards and performance norms laid down by the institution from time to time.
  • Every teacher shall updates his/her knowledge and skills to equip himself/herself professionally competent to the proper discharge of duties assigned to him/her.
  • Every teacher shall conduct himself/herself with absolute dignity and decorum in his/ her dealing with the superior colleagues and students every time.
  • No teacher shall absent himself/herself from duties at any time without prior permission from the Principal.
  • No teacher shall accept any honorary or other assignment given to him/her by any external agency without the prior permission of the institution.
  • No teacher shall associate with any political party or take part in any other organizational activity . Which is not in-line with the duties and ethics of the teachers profession.
  • No teacher shall attempt to bring any political or outside pressure on his/her superior authorities in respect of service matter.
  • No teacher shall participate in any strike or demonstration and or indulge in any criticism of institution policy of the Government for any reason what so ever.
